Good Document Project Managers use a tried and tested framework to create project documents. Document Project Managers supplied by us, use People Centred Projects (PCP) methodology, and each set of documents is backed by our quality assurance scheme, to fully define and allow total control of your project... Our skilled PCP Document Project Manager visits you to meet all the stakeholders and producers within your project team. A Document Project Manager supplied by us, uses PCP methodology and PCPDocs software to create a complete set of documents to fully define your project, leaving you if required, to project manage your own project using the documentation set we produce. You always have the option later to continue with us and ask us to supply a PCP trained Site Project Manager, to deliver the remainder of your project on-time and on-budget. The analysis phase is crucial to your project and it's essential documentation is properly done by an experienced Document Project Manager. Your project is exposed to high risk without complete and easily readable documents of good quality. If created using a tried and tested framework such as PCP methodology, there's no confusion about how the contents define your project. An important aspect of our PCP documentation, the Document Project Manager produces, is the Project Event Telemetry document it includes. Project Event Telemetry assists a project manager in maintaining total control over project events, so the project manager can be proactive rather than reactive. Any project manager can use the Project Event Telemetry document as a handy reference of actions and use the VBScript it contains to run semi-automated project management controls. To back up our Document Project Manager working for you, we also provide Project Quality Assurance support from our office as standard, to make sure every PCP document the Document Project Manager produces, is to our high quality standard. Before you receive each document for approval, it will have been approved first by our Project Quality Assurance manager. Any issues found within this process, are fed back to our Document Project Manager and resolved before final approval for each document is sought from you. All projects differ, so our Document Project Manager can tailor documentation to suit your needs. We've listed the generic documents within PCP below, but bespoke documents can also be created. The documents to completely define your project are placed within a main Project Definition Document or PDD, by our Document Project Manager. This document is a bundle of component documents, added to the PDD, to create a document set. Produced by the Document Project Manager, here are the documents split into logical groups...
